Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is unused,
The seal is not broken,
The product is in its original packaging,
A return request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The seal is opened or tampered,
The product has been used,
Packaging is damaged by the customer,
The return request is made after 5 days.

2. Refund Conditions

A refund will be processed only after the returned product is:
Inspected by our team
Verified to be sealed, unused, and in original condition
Once approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
If the product fails inspection, refund will not be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Items received more than 5 days ago

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if:
The order has not been shipped yet
Once the order is shipped:
Cancellation is no longer possible
You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges may apply

5. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

If you receive:
A wrong product
A damaged product
A product with leakage due to transit
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Unboxing video or photos
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the product delivered was incorrect or damaged → we cover the return shipping cost
For all other return cases → the customer pays the return shipping fee
