6. Returns & Refunds
Refund applies only if the product is unused, unopened, and the seal is 100% intact.
No refund for opened, used, damaged, or tampered products.
Customer must record unboxing video for damage claims; without video, no claim will be accepted.
Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for any issue.
Return shipping charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
