3.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for delivery failure.
If the package returns to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery

If you receive a damaged package, please record a video while opening the parcel and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without video proof, we may not be able to assist with missing or damaged product claims.

7. No Shipping to Restricted Locations

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or other restricted areas as per courier service guidelines.
